Those guys are just great! They could have screwed me over many times with my broken bike but they always charged a fair price and just fixed what was needed. This shop is my shop of trust for all bike repairs and for buying my bike accessories. Keep up the great work!
They made a nice offer : 10 euros per bike daily and 100 euros for deposit for each bike. Discount 1 euro following days. Friendly dealing with fluent English as most of Dutch people. Renting new bikes. A nice shop with many kind of bikes and accessories. A busy place, you should wait a little for intense interest.
I believe the front tire of my bike was punched into something sharp on the road. I was expecting a small patch but the staff was 100% sure that it was worn off and both inside and outside tires needed to be replaced. I spent 39 euro in total, including 10 euro labor cost. Not sure if it is a reasonable price in Holland. It was quick. I got my bike 15:00 on the same day and during this time, I was given a free bike from the shop as temp replacement.
Very friendly staff always ready to help and small amends are for free, bought a bike here and content with the quality even after a few years. They have a huge amount of second hand bikes for sale downstairs be sure to take a look.
I humbly asked for advice about buying a bike as I'm no expert, yet the assistant has been useless and unkind. To be clear, I was ready to make a €400+ purchase. She left me there after 3' for a phone call, then again after 1' to serve a customer for a repair. I got out reassured that I don't know much about bikes (...) and I still have no idea about what my options are. I'm surely not going back. Let's say not impressed.
