Went to the shop after reading some positive reviews here on Google and while the initial experience (pre-purchase) was decent, the post-purchase experience has been nothing but terrible and sad. I bought a rather expensive bike and some accessories to go along with it for a total price of 2500 euros and I was assured to expect excellent quality and class, both from the product as well as from the customer service of this shop. But the bike was plagued with problems right from the start and the customer service was pathetic. A shocker leak was called normal when the shocker manufacturer's own manual as well as multiple other people who ride similar bikes did not see it as normal; there was significant tyre wobble and even that was called normal for a mountain bike because of such bikes having fat tyres. The biggest disappointment was when the frame welds developed pin-holes for which the bike was taken in to be sent to the manufacturer (in Germany) and was promised a resolution within a maximum of 3 weeks. Despite attempts from my side to get updates, I was not provided any updates for over 4 weeks and finally, after 4.5 weeks, I was asked to collect the bike in exactly the same condition (without any fixes). When I refused to collect the bike because the issues were still there, I was told that there is no issue and the owner/manager Rick was not the professional I had hoped for during the whole episode. To cut the long story short, I learnt from the manufacturer that the bike was never sent to them and the shop had lied to me all this while; the bike shop was never able to furnish any details or reports to prove that the bike had ever been sent to manufacturer also, while the manufacturer confirmed on email that they did not know about the issue. So, based on my personal experience, I think this shop is best avoided if you expect fair and ethical treatment and good customer service. Altijd vriendelijk personeel, zowel in de winkel als in de werkplaats. Eerlijk advies en goede service.
Mij fiets achterband lek naar maken kan vroeger ochtends voorbeeld 9:00 tot middag klaar dat geen grapjes (Ik belangrijk elke dagen naar werk)
Laat hier nooit je band repareren. Dan ben je rond de 50 € kwijt.
Ketting liep vast. Keuze tussen een nieuwe ketting of een reparatie van 40 euro. Uiteindelijk bij een andere fietsenmaker voor een tientje laten maken. Kwakzalverij, ver vandaan blijven!
